Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 9ox platform. This document defines your rights and responsibilities.
Introduction and Acceptance
By using the 9ox ("Platform", "we", "our") website 9ox.lat, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
Account Registration
Registration Process
To open an account on 9ox, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being immediately suspended or terminated.
One Person, One Account
Each person may open only one account. If the same person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited.
Identity Verification
9ox reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to respond to an identity verification request may result in your account being temporarily suspended. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
Age Requirement
To open an account and play any game on 9ox, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. If a minor is found to have fraudulently registered an account, the account will be terminated without refunding any deposited funds.
Geographic Eligibility
9ox only provides services to users in locations where online gaming is legally permitted. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful from your location.
Restrictions
The following individuals may not use 9ox:
- Those under 21 years of age
- Those whose previous account has been closed or banned by 9ox
- Those who have enrolled in a self-exclusion program

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Giving any other person access to your account or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized Access

Devices and Sessions
Always log out of your account after use, especially on shared devices. It is advised not to save your password in a browser. If 9ox detects suspicious activity from any device, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
9ox currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposits below this amount are not possible and any transaction below this limit will be automatically cancelled.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if there are outstanding identity verification issues.
Transaction Processing
All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). 9ox does not charge any currency conversion fee, however fees from the payment service provider may apply. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
9ox offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. This bonus is applicable once only and for one account.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means that to withdraw bonus funds, you must wager an amount equal to 25 times the bonus. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
Bonus Validity Period
Each bonus has a specific validity period, which will be stated in the bonus offer. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the set period, the bonus balance will be automatically removed.
VIP Program
The 9ox VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. VIP benefits and terms may change at any time.
Bonus Abuse
If any form of bonus system abuse is detected (such as arbitrage betting or artificial wagering), 9ox reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Gaming Rules
General Gaming Policy
All games available on 9ox — slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting — are operated under specific rules. It is recommended that you read the rules of each game before entering.
Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection or a technical fault, 9ox will determine the outcome of that game based on the data stored on the server. In such cases, the server data will be considered final.
Payout of Winnings
After a successful bet win, the amount won will be automatically credited to your account balance. 9ox reserves the right to void any winnings credited in error due to a software fault and to deduct that amount from the account.
Sports Betting
In sports betting, once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded or rescheduled in accordance with the betting rules.
Prohibited Activities
General Prohibitions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9ox platform:
- Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
- Hacking the platform's software or using unauthorized tools
- Collusion or secretly coordinating with other players
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
- Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform
Automated Tools Prohibited
Using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence or any other automated method to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately terminated.
Account Closure
Closure by User
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is recommended that you withdraw your remaining balance (excluding bonuses) before closing your account.
Closure by 9ox
9ox reserves the right to close any account without prior notice for breach of terms, fraudulent activity or any other legitimate reason. In such cases, bonus balances will be forfeited and the principal deposit may be returned under specific circumstances.
Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability
Service Guarantee
9ox strives to provide the highest quality service, however the platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. 9ox is not liable for any temporary service disruption caused by technical faults, server outages or third-party issues.
Liability Cap
Under any circumstances, 9ox's liability shall be limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the relevant incident. 9ox accepts no liability for indirect losses, loss of profits or consequential damages.
